The new skirt is fabulous for both stockings and going
commando. Both of which I indulged myself in today. As I often do, I wore
knickers for the drive in to Manchester but slipped them off once I’d parked
up.
Although the skirt is knee length and without splits or
long vents I think it’s extremely sexy. Obviously great quality fabric, it’s
just perfect for a subtle show of suspender bumps because it’s only lined at
the back which leaves just a very fine, single layer over the front of my
thighs. The lining at the back makes it a little easier to feel secure if I’m
going commando, particular when I'm sitting down for much of the day. The stockings
were 10 denier sheer black (I bought them last night) and I wore my high court
shoes.
On top I wore the new shirt from TM Lewin. The one I
bought last night. As I was getting dressed this morning I nearly chickened out
of going without a bra because I did feel very braless (if you know what I
mean) and wasn't sure it was quite suitable for work. Mostly because the
darkness of my nipples was quite plainly visible. I tried it with a bra, but
the bra made the shirt feel a little too tight and pulled the buttons open too
much, so in the end I decided to go for it and left it off. It’s not as if I'm new to going braless is it? However, I took the precaution of a cardigan which
I could fasten if I felt I needed to at any time during the day.
Someone must have noticed I wasn't wearing a bra and I can’t
believe no one noticed the suspender bumps as I seemed to spend what felt like
a lot of the day walking round the office for some reason and I could see them relatively
clearly myself. Normally I like to get away from the desk for a while and walk
about, but today I was wearing my killer heels and my feet were killing me by
the time I was ready to go home. Stupid shoes to wear for work really.
