The jumper is one of the thinner ones and I think it’s pretty obvious I’m not wearing a bra even though the dark colour makes it quite discreet. I’ll be wearing my denim jacket when I go in to the room but intend to take it off before I get in the chair.

Wednesday 17th September – dentist. No knickers and braless in cashmere
Got a dentist appointment at 9.45 today. Wearing a black button-through skirt with a black cashmere top. I’ve been wearing knickers for the past few days, I even wore a bra yesterday, but today I’m not wearing any underwear at all and I’m going bare legged. I did consider hold-ups but it would be impossible to keep them covered while reclined in the dentists chair in this skirt.
